SOLICITING WITHOUT A PERMIT 
The police department received a complaint this morning of illegal soliciting in the Quentin area Tuesday evening.
A representative from ELITE REMODELING was going door-to-door soliciting for home improvement work.
No soliciting permit was issued to this company.
Please contact the police immediately if anyone from this company comes to your residence.
