Suspect attempting to get into a vehicle. 
Early this morning at 2:32am a suspect was seen on a Ring App attempting to get into vehicles in the driveway on Vine Hill. The suspect is wearing a mask to hide his identity. (Photo Attached). Please ensure your vehicles are secure and do not leave anything of value inside. If you see subjects walking around in the early morning hours please call Oakley PD Dispatch 925 625-8060.
