WIND ADVISORY:
The National Weather Service in Hanford has issued a High Wind Warning, which is in effect from 10 AM to 11 PM PDT Wednesday
* WINDS... West winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 55 mph expected.
* IMPACTS... Gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
* AFFECTED AREAS: Tehachapi Area, Indian Wells Valley and Kern County Desert.
ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Travel will be difficult along Highways 14, 58 and 395 for high profile vehicles.
