NO POWER SHUT OFF IN CITY OF COTATI AT THIS TIME
PG&E has shut off power to reduce fire danger in some portions of Sonoma County, but Cotati is NOT affected at this time. Based on current weather forecasts, no further PG&E power shut offs are expected to occur in Sonoma County. However, high winds forecast for Wednesday night may cause damage to PG&E’s system, which could cause isolated power losses. Residents are advised to remain prepared for a power outage. PG&E has indicated they expect to begin to restore power on Thursday, October 10 at about 12 p.m (noon) for those areas of the county that are without power. Areas that sustain wind damage may take longer to restore power.
