Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department Homicide Detective is asking for your help identifying and locating this 2017 murder suspect. The shooting death of Oscar Garcia occurred April 22, 2017, at approximately 11:36 p.m., on the 100 block of West Cypress Avenue, Monrovia.
The suspect is a male Hispanic 20-25 years-old, approx. 6ft. tall, medium build, light skin, with black hair and brown eyes.
There’s a $20,000 REWARD offered by the L.A. Board of Supervisors for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the suspect who murdered Oscar Garcia.
