Synopsis: A 25 year old man was driving his 1987 Toyota northbound on 4700 Home Avenue when he struck a pedestrian that was crossing the street, eastbound. The pedestrian, an unidentified male, left a place of safety when he crossed the street. The pedestrian was taken to a local hospital where he required surgery for broken bones and internal injuries, which are not life-threatening. The driver of the Toyota stayed at the scene and DUI is not a factor in the collision. SDPD Traffic Division is handling the investigation.

Synopsis: A 67 year old male was riding his bicycle northbound in the #1 lane of Beyer Bl. A 40 year old male driving a Toyota Tacoma northbound on Beyer Bl. rear ended the man on the bike. The bicycle rider suffered a non life threatening brain bleed. Traffic Division is investigating.
