Traffic Safety Tip: Non-Functioning Traffic Signals 
We want to remind all drivers that per the California Vehicle Code, when approaching an intersection with non-functioning traffic signals, you are required to stop and proceed with caution when it is safe to do so. It is dark out there, so please keep in mind your safety and the safety of others.
