Update on Power Outages: Outage expected until 5pm today. Restoration to take 1-5 days.

UPDATE ON POWER OUTAGES:

The PG&E power shutoff has affected some locations within the area approximately bounded by Pleasant Hill Rd., Boyd Rd., Geary Blvd., and Monticello Ave. with other nearby pockets affected. Outages are expected to last through 5 pm today, Oct. 10. Power restoration may take 1 to 5 days. According to PG&E, locations that have not lost power will not as part of the shutoff.

A Community Resource Center will be open in the Community Room at City Hall, 100 Gregory Lane, between 12 and 4 p.m. today to charge phones and other electronic devices and get information. Bottled water will be available.
