PG&E notified Santa Rosa of an “all clear” at 2:11pm and will begin inspections to restore power locally. 
The City of Santa Rosa has been notified that PG&E received a weather “all clear” at 2:11 p.m. today and will begin inspecting their infrastructure in preparation of restoring power. PG&E will focus on restoring services to portions of urban areas including Santa Rosa. Some customers in Santa Rosa can expect restoration by tonight.
