INCIDENT TYPE: Missing Person
INDIANAPOLIS - Matthew Rhodes was last seen on October 3,2019 in the downtown area of Indianapolis Indiana.
Mr. Rhodes is prone to serious seizures and may be in need of immediate medical assistance.
If you have information on his whereabouts, contact the IMPD Missing Persons Unit at 317.327.6160 or call Crime Stoppers of Central Indiana at 317.262.8477 or (TIPS).
