STREET CLOSURE: City Parade Tomorrow. Whittier Blvd. from 4th St. to Park Ave. starting at 6:00 am. Parade starts at 10:00 am 
Tomorrow, October 12th the city will celebrate its 99th anniversary with its annual parade and festival. The parade starts at 10:00 am and is followed by the festival at City Park. Starting at 6:00 am, Whittier Blvd. will be closed from 4th St. to Park Ave. Please use alternate routes as the road closures will be strictly enforced. The streets should be open shortly after the conclusion of the parade.
The Festival will be in City Park and feature a performance by The Wiseguys at 2:00 pm. We hope to see everyone at the parade and festival to help celebrate this wonderful city.
