Takoma Park Police responded to the campus in response to a concern from a student regarding the shooting in Silver Spring. Takoma Park Police arrived and investigated the student's concern and determined there was no threat on the campus. The campus is currently in lockdown, which means that students, faculty and staff are free to enter and exit the buildings as normal, however the buildings are secure.
