Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department Missing Persons Unit detectives are asking for the public’s help locating At-Risk Missing Person Miguel Tovar. He is a 63 year-old male Hispanic who was last seen Tuesday, October 15, 2019, at 11:00 a.m., on the 500 block of West Sepulveda Street, San Pedro.
Mr. Tovar is 5’9” tall, 135lbs with gray hair and brown eyes. He was wearing a white shirt and black checkered shorts.
Miguel has Parkinson’s Disease and epileptic seizures. He lives in Torrance. We are very concerned and asking for the public’s help in located him.
