* At 627 PM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated rain rates up to an inch per hour in the advisory area, particularly in central New Jersey and near the Allentown area. Urban and poor-drainage flooding is expected for the next few hours.

Trenton, New Brunswick, Perth Amboy, Long Branch, Easton, Asbury Park, Somerville, Somerset, Edison, Lakewood, Bethlehem, Middletown, Old Bridge, Bensalem, Howell, East Brunswick, Bridgewater, South Brunswick, Sayreville and North Brunswick.
