STOLEN VEHICLE: 2014 Chevrolet Cruze
On October 11, 2019, at approximately 03:02 A.M., a Milpitas Police officer located an occupied stolen vehicle at the gas pumps of the Shell Gas station, located at 1780 South Main Street in Milpitas. The vehicle, a 2014 Chevrolet Cruze, was reported stolen to the San Jose Police Department on October 7, 2019.
The officer observed Giang Nguyen exit the driver’s seat of the stolen Chevrolet. The officer arrested Nguyen at the teller window. A records check of Nguyen revealed that he had a misdemeanor warrant for theft from the Pleasanton Police Department. Nguyen was booked into the Santa Clara County Main Jail for possession of a stolen vehicle, auto theft, and his warrant.
