PCH #2 southbound lane closed Kanan Dume Rd to Winding Way, Mon-Wed, Oct 21-23, 8AM-4PM 
The #2 southbound lane on PCH, between Kanan Dume Rd and Winding Way, will be closed Monday to Wednesday, October 21-23, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, for Caltrans work to remove and replace a failed storm drain pipe under PCH near Ramirez Mesa Dr.
