Wilmington Police arrest two subjects on drug charges:
Lecompte was charged with Possession of Marijuana. He was arraigned in Justice of the Peace Court 11 and released on his own recognizance.

Wilmington Police have arrested two men on drug charges.
On October 15 at approximately 3:35 p.m., several subjects were observed by members of the Drug, Organized Crime and Vice Division in the 100 block of North Harrison Street engaged in a drug transaction. Police stopped 20-year-old Isiah Lecompte and a 17-year-old male, and both were taken into custody without incident. Police located 28.4 grams of marijuana.
The 17-year-old male was charged with the following offenses:
- Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Distribute
- Resisting Arrest
Lecompte was charged with Possession of Marijuana. He was arraigned in Justice of the Peace Court 11 and released on his own recognizance.
