Arrest Made in 2015 Denair Murder 
Today the Central Valley Gang Intelligence Taskforce (CVGIT), Stanislaus County Sheriff’s Office and the Modesto Police Department served four search warrants at different locations in the city of Modesto. The search warrants were based on information received through CVGIT on marijuana manufacturing and sales, during a long-term investigation of the Hells Angels and their associates. During this investigation information was developed in regards to the murder of Stephen Losey that occurred on February 17th, 2015 in Denair.
Arrested in the operation today was Hells Angel associate Jeffrey Velthoen (35) of Modesto for the murder of Stephen Losey. Additionally, Bradley Botelho (35) of Modesto was arrested for manufacturing a controlled substance and being a felon in possession of ammunition, and David Thayer (34) of Modesto who was arrested for cultivation of marijuana, possession of marijuana for sale and being a felon in possession of firearms and ammunition.
