Please be aware of a phone scam that has been reported in Biltmore Forest. Reports are of a call/message being left from the Buncombe County Sheriffs Office saying that you have missed jury duty and owe a fine that must be paid or you will be arrested. This is a SCAM and in no way affiliated with the Buncombe County Sheriffs Office. If you receive a call like this please report it to the Biltmore Forest Police Department.
