AIR QUALITY
Due to the Kincade Fire, there may be parts of Sonoma County where air quality conditions are UNHEALTHY. Changing wind patterns and pending fire conditions are making air quality unpredictable. We are hopeful that air quality conditions will improve after the weather changes. This health advisory will remain in effect, until the air quality significantly and consistently improves. You can find more detailed information on the County’s Air Quality Webpage.
LOCAL COOLING / CLEAN AIR / CHARGING CENTER
The Petaluma Community Center will be open for fresh air and cooling through 8pm this evening.
SAFE DRIVING REMINDER
We expect several street lights to be affect by the Power Shutoff. You should treat any intersection without lights as a four-way stop. Staff will be working to place stop signs at impacted intersections.
PRICE GOUGING
The City of Petaluma has declared an emergency which requires retailers to limit price increases to 10% from pre disaster levels.
