Prepare for strong winds and red flag warning this weekend through Monday (10/28). PG&E is expected to preemptively shut off power to all or most of Cotati and much of Sonoma County starting at 1:00 pm tomorrow (Saturday 10/26). Expect a multi-day power outage. The City will open a recharging facility for people with medical devices or personal electronics that need to be recharged. Recharging facility location is in the Cotati Room at 201 West Sierra Avenue, open from 8 am to 8 pm on Sunday (10/27). Remember to treat all intersections as 4-way stops if the traffic signals are dark.
