On October 23, 2019, at approximately 4:57 P.M., an eleven-year-old victim was walking on Los Coches Street, when an unknown male adult driving a black, older model Mazda 3 sedan passed by and parked a short distance away. The suspect got out of his vehicle and stood by the trunk, and as the victim approached, he turned and exposed his genitals and began masturbating. The victim ran away from the scene and was uninjured.
Since that original incident, there have been two additional incidents with adult victims that have been reported to the Milpitas Police Department. These incidents occurred in the same general vicinity of the original event and had a similar suspect and vehicle description. Milpitas Police Officers and Detectives have been diligently working to locate and identify the suspect involved in the three separate incidents. Detectives, with the assistance of a sketch artist, obtained a composite drawing of the suspect and obtained a photograph of the suspect vehicle.
The Milpitas Police Department is seeking the public’s help in identifying this suspect. If you had contact with someone matching the suspect description or someone driving the suspect vehicle, then please call the Milpitas Police Department.
