TRAFFIC ALERT!
This Halloween, Kensington Avenue will be closed from Summit Street to Somerset Road, from 3:00 pm ~ 8:00 pm. No cars will be permitted to drive down Kensington Avenue, other than residents returning home. Please proceed with extreme caution as there will be children in the street. We ask that you park in your driveway rather than on the street if possible. If you plan on having company please remind them to use Somerset Road or Summit Street for parking. I do understand this may cause an inconvenience for you, so I thank you in advance for your understanding. Our goal is for the children of Norwood and their families to have a safe place to trick-or-treat and to be with their friends.
