PSPS- Another Power Shutoff Potentially Planned for parts of Mariposa CO on 10/29,
PG&E is currently monitoring another potentially strong, dry wind event forecasted for early tomorrow morning (Oct. 29), which may require continued public safety outages in portions of Mariposa County.
Mariposa County has received preliminary information that indicate the Coulterville / Greeley Hill areas may be in the affected area for the new event tomorrow 10/29. The address checker has not been updated with the event information yet. As soon as the updated outage information including locations and potential times of de-energization is confirmed by PG&E we will notify residents.
For those residents that are currently out of power, PG&E are inspecting and repairing lines in Mariposa County and lines that feed Mariposa County, they are making every effort to restore power; however, some residents may remain out of power through the duration of this next potential Public Safety Power Shutoff.
