Full Notification

Power is being restored to Moraga.  However, PG&E has announced the possibility of another Public Safety Power Shutoff, beginning Tuesday (tomorrow) at 4:30a.  Due to changing weather conditions, we don't yet know if Moraga will be included, although notifications have been sent to all Moraga customers.

Moraga Police is coordinating with PG&E and will forward information as soon as we receive it.  We did just receive a report from the National Weather Service forecasting low humidity and gusty winds on Tuesday, creating extreme fire danger.  Please use caution and consider the following to prevent fires:

• Do not have any outdoor fires (open flame BBQs, fire pits, etc.)
• Refrain from smoking outdoors.
• Do not use any outdoor tools that could cause a spark.
• Do not allow children to play with matches.
