* WHAT...Areas of east to northeast winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts to 55 mph. Gusts to 75 mph near mountain ridge tops.
* WHERE...Along the coastal slopes of the mountains into the valleys with the strongest gusts near the mountain ridge tops.
* WHEN...Winds will increase late tonight and strengthen from Wednesday morning into the afternoon. Another period of stronger and more widespread winds is expected for late Wednesday night into Thursday morning.
* IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines. Widespread power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.
* AFFECTED AREAS: SAN DIEGO COUNTY MOUNTAINS ... SAN DIEGO COUNTY INLAND VALLEYS
