* WHAT...Mixed precipitation expected. Total snow accumulations of less than 2 inches. Ice accumulations less than one tenth of an inch. North winds gusting to near 35 mph.
* WHERE...Kiowa, Pratt, Comanche and Barber Counties.
* WHEN...From 7 PM CDT /6 PM MDT/ this evening to 7 PM CDT /6 PM MDT/ Wednesday.
* IMPACTS...Freezing drizzle will change to light snow. Expect roadways, bridges, and sidewalks to become icy and hazardous. Some areas of blowing snow may reduce visibility.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...This will be the first round of winter driving conditions this season. Motorists are urged to slow down, and allow extra time to reach their destination on Wednesday.
