ice.
* WHERE...Portions of South Plains, far southern Texas Panhandle,
and northern Rolling Plains generally north and west of a
Morton, Lubbock, Crosbyton, Matador, to Childress line.
* WHEN...From 1 AM to 1 PM CDT Wednesday.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
conditions could impact the morning commute.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Light rain will develop late tonight and
will gradually transition to a mix of rain and freezing rain
around midnight. Precipitation will spread from west to east
across the area while gradually transitioning to all freezing
rain and freezing drizzle as temperatures fall to at or below
freezing through the night.
