Advisory

(Español Abajo) Strong Winds Coming; No More Power to Be Shut Off

We have another update for our residents.

With strong winds building, particularly at higher elevations, PG&E has completed another shut off. If you have power now, you can expect to retain it through this event. The winds are expected to peak from late this afternoon until early tomorrow morning. PG&E expects to resume reenergizing power lines tomorrow morning.

There is space in several local shelters, including the Santa Rosa Veterans Building, Sonoma County Fairgrounds, and several locations in Petaluma. For the most up to date information on shelters, go to: https://socoemergency.org/home/emergency/evacuation-centers/

We will be vigilant overnight during the strong winds and will alert you through all means that we have should a fire occur that poses risks to Rohnert Park.
