S/R 23 highway closure update: S/R 23 S/B is open from Tierra Rejada and N/B open to Olsen Road 
The northbound side of S/R 23 is now open to Olsen Road. On the southbound side, the highway is still closed between Los Angeles Avenue and Tierra Rejada. However, traffic can now access southbound S/R 23 at Tierra Rejada.
Tierra Rejada remains closed in both directions between Moorpark and Simi Valley, so traffic can only travel eastbound from Moorpark to southbound S/R 23.
CalTrans is on scene conducting clean up and inspection of the highway before it can be completely opened. There is no ETA for the opening of the highway at this time.
