* WHAT...Areas of east winds 20 to 30 mph along the coastal slopes of the mountains into the inland valleys with gusts to 50 mph. Isolated gusts to 60 mph early in the morning near mountain ridge tops. Winds subsiding during the afternoon.

* WHERE...Coastal slopes of the mountains into the inland valleys.

* WHEN...Strongest and most widespread winds in the morning for a few hours after sunrise, then winds subsiding during the afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Isolated damaging winds may blow down trees and power lines. Power outages are possible. Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.

* AFFECTED AREAS: SAN DIEGO COUNTY MOUNTAINS ... SAN DIEGO COUNTY INLAND VALLEYS
