* WHERE...In the Inland Empire near and below the Cajon and San Gorgonio Passes and along and below the coastal slopes of the Santa Ana Mountains

* WHEN...Strongest and most widespread winds in the morning for a few hours after sunrise, then winds subsiding during the afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Isolated damaging winds may blow down trees and power lines. Power outages are possible. Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.
