Happy Halloween!! It is that time once again. Please be mindful of the increased pedestrian traffic that will be affecting the city tonight. There are certain areas that will be affected more than others (Baldwin Ave, Broad St.) The little ghost and gobblins will be out in search of the candy treasure, and the responsibility is on all of us to ensure that everyone gets home safe. The weather can play an even bigger factor in visibility, so please drive safely.
