Trick or Treat Time for the City of Wildwood is 5pm to 8pm on Halloween. 
The City of Wildwood will have their annual Trick or Treat on Halloween from 5pm to 8pm on Halloween. Here are some Trick or Treat Safety Rules to follow:
Have your parents inspect any treats before you eat them.
Mask holes should be large enough to see through easily.
Use a flashlight.
Walk on sidewalks whenever possible.
Observe safety rules when crossing or walking streets.
Do Not Put Bag Over Your Head!!!
