STREET CLOSURE: 10th St closed between Beverly Blvd and Harding Ave for Halloween. 
10th Street will be closed between Beverly Boulevard and Harding Avenue for Halloween Trick-or-Treating. 10th Street is known for having some of the best and most detailed Halloweeen decorations in Montebello and always draws a large crowd. Come check it out and take in the spooky sights. If you are driving in the area, no vehicles will be allowed through from 4:00 pm tp 10:00 pm. Have a fun and safe Halloween!
