* At 1108 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly in the areas of heaviest rain.
* Some locations that could experience flooding include... Allentown, Reading, Easton, West Chester, Bethlehem, Norristown, Pottstown, Phoenixville, Lansdale, West Norriton, East Norriton, Coatesville, Emmaus, Northampton, Quakertown, Perkasie, Doylestown, Byram, Wilson and Downingtown. This includes Interstate 78 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 45 and 76.
