The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for... Morris County in northern New Jersey... Hunterdon County in northwestern New Jersey... Northwestern Mercer County in central New Jersey... Somerset County in northern New Jersey...

* Until 1230 AM EDT.

* At 1123 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line extending from near Hope to Fricks, moving northeast at 65 mph. HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Damage to roofs, siding, trees, and power lines is possible.

* Locations impacted include... Trenton, New Brunswick, Morristown, Somerville, Somerset, Bridgewater, Ewing, Dover, Madison, Hopatcong, Middlesex, Princeton, Florham Park, East Hanover, Lincoln Park, Bound Brook, Manville, Kinnelon, Hackettstown and Chatham. This includes the following highways... Interstate 287 in New Jersey between mile markers 10 and 54. Interstate 295 in New Jersey between mile markers 68 and 75. Interstate 78 in New Jersey between mile markers 8 and 43. Interstate 80 in New Jersey between mile markers 25 and 47.
