Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department Missing Persons Unit detectives are asking for the public’s help locating Missing Person Keith Joice. He is a 43 year-old male Black who was last seen on October 31, 2019 at 7:20PM walking on the 6900 block of Agena Road in Palmdale. He was wearing a black sweater, black jeans, burgundy “Jordan” shoes.
Mr. Joice is 6’01” tall, 225 lbs, brown eyes and short black hair, goatee, with tattoos on his arms and chest.
