Warming Center Information for Lincoln County, MO
With the weather getting colder, the Health Department would like to remind residents about local warming centers.
When temperatures are forecast to be below 20 degrees, or other criteria are met, warming centers are activated until temperatures increase. Warming centers provide a place to come in from the cold, access to water, and a restroom.

Beginning in December, overnight warming may also be available for Lincoln County residents through the St. Charles, Lincoln, & Warren Continuum of Care (COC) Free Warming Center Response Hotline.
COC Warming Centers can only be activated from December- March if it is predicted to be 20 degrees or below overnight (via weather.com).
If these criteria are met, individuals can call (636) 395-0492. Transportation may be available.
