Santa Maria Police Department conducts shooting investigation. 
This is an update to the original news release for this ongoing shooting investigation.
Earlier this date, Santa Maria Police Detectives were advised that the suspect in this shooting, 56 year old Ronald Enos, a resident of Santa Maria, had passed away as a result of his injuries.
Due to the age of the victim, we are not releasing any identifying information at this time.
