Synopsis: A 42 year old female was driving a Toyota Prius west on Stone Canyon Road. She was making a southbound turn onto Pomerado Road. A 42 year old female pedestrian was crossing Pomerado Road in the crosswalk when she was struck by the Prius. The pedestrian was transported to the hospital by medics with non life threatening injuries. She sustained a fractured left arm, pelvis, a tibia/fibula fracture and facial lacerations. No alcohol was involved. Traffic Division are investigating the collision.

Synopsis: The victim, a 24 year old male met with a group of friends at Teralta Park. The group went to the above listed residence and started drinking. While at the residence, the victim got in to an argument with the male suspect that was not from the original group. The victim and suspect got into a fight and during the fight the suspect shot the victim twice; once in the right calf and once in the left knee. The victim was transported to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries. There is no description of the suspect at this time. Gangs Detectives responded and are handling the investigation.
