Suspect wanted by feds arrested and found in possession of meth 
Detective Jesse Hicks of the McDowell County Sheriff’s Office charged Tracy William Allen, 51, address listed as Deer Hound Drive in Marion, with possession with intent to sell and deliver methamphetamine, maintaining a dwelling to keep a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Allen was wanted by the U.S. Marshal Service on unrelated charged.
On Wednesday, Oct. 23, Hicks aided the Marshals with Allen’s arrest, and a search of his person turned up 18 grams of methamphetamine and items of drug paraphernalia.
