Deputies were called to a local business for a shoplifting incident & arrested a man for theft & a parole violation

INCIDENT: Shoplifting / Parole Violation
LOCATION: 9600 Block of Milliken Ave.
SUSPECT: James Defalco, 36-years-old of Victorville
SUMMARY:
Deputies from the Rancho Cucamonga Police Department responded to a business on Milliken Ave. regarding a subject who had left the store without paying for some merchandise. When deputies arrived, they located a subject behind the store matching the suspect description. Deputies conducted an investigation and identified the subject as James Defalco. After searching Defalco, deputies found the stolen items inside his jacket. Defalco was arrested for shoplifting and booked at the West Valley Detention Center. Defalco is currently on parole and remains in custody on a no bail parole hold.
