Hiram PD advises you to AVOID Highway 278 at Poplar Springs Rd due to a current traffic issue. A vehicle crash at the intersection has closed the intersection and will require a detour of traffic for the next 25-30 minutes. East bound lanes of Highway 278 are down to one lane of traffic and vehicles travel on Bill Carruth Pkwy are unable to cross over H278 to get to Poplar Springs Rd.
