5th North Street Opening 
5th North Street between Garden Street and North Highland Avenue is scheduled to be open to traffic by 5:00pm today, November 14, 2019.
As originally planned, the final lift of bituminous pavement will be paved in spring/summer of 2020.
The final topsoil grading and sodding of the project will take place during spring/summer of 2020 as well.
