Water Shut Down 
This message is from the Haverhill Water Department. Tomorrow morning, Friday November 15th at 7:30, the Water on Washington Street, from Washington Avenue to the Comeau Bridge, will be shut off for a couple of hours to make repairs. You may loose water service for a short period or have discolored water when the water is turned back on. Please flush your cold water until it clears.
