The Electric department will begin working on upgrades will most likely begin at 9:45. The City of Cushing's Electric Department and Power Plant will be working together TODAY ,November 15, 2019 from 9am to noon to do system upgrades.We do not anticipate any problems, however, an outage could occur. Please be aware that during this time, if you experience an outage call the Outage Line at 918-225-0795.
