Wilmington Police have arrested a wanted man on drug charges.

On November 13 at approximately 10:50 p.m., members of the Safe Streets Task Force were in the unit block of Vandever Avenue when they observed 22-year Jaquiere Custis-Quattlebaum acting suspiciously.  Detectives made contact with Custis-Quattlebaum and learned he was wanted on an outstanding capias.  He was taken into custody without incident and he was found to be in possession of 3.1 grams of cocaine, 17.3 grams of marijuana and .238 grams of heroin. 

Custis-Quattlebaum was charged with the following offenses:

• Possession of a Controlled Substance (2 counts)
• Possession of Marijuana
