The Mount Pleasant Water Department will be conducting water main repairs tomorrow, Saturday, November 16, 2019 from 8:00am to 1:00pm. This will affect Hawthorne customers in the Kensico Water District. Please note that your water may become discolored during this time frame.  Although the water is safe to drink, it is recommended that residents take precaution and are advised to avoid using the water for washing due to the potential for more turbid conditions of the water which could stain your clothing. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding with this request.

Residents in the immediate vicinity of the repairs will also experience reduced water pressure. These residents have already received a notice from the Water Department.
