Lakeport Police Officers are seeking information on the whereabouts of LYNSEE ANN BRASHER age 30 who went missing from the area of N. Main and 4th Street sometime between 8 PM on November 15 and 2 AM on November 16. The circumstances of Brasher’s disappearance are suspicious and Lakeport Police, along with the assistance of outside agencies, are investigating the circumstances. Brasher is 5’05” tall, 140 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. She was last wearing black slacks, black Vans shoes and black button up shirt.
